Darren was wonderful! He was always very responsive and attentive Always willing to explain anything further. small critique: Others behind the scenes could have explained things better, there were times, I felt , I needed to work in the mortgage industry to understand what they were asking us to provide(and we are third time homebuyers). There could have better communication there. As well as a heads up if there is an outside, third party, contacting us for social security numbers.etc.

Siobhan managed the paperwork, which was significant, and carefully explained the process as we proceeded. She went out of her way to keep us informed. It is apparent that she is very knowledgeable about the different types of loans available. We felt that she wanted to insure that we had all the information we needed and that she wanted it to be as convenient for us as possible.
