I'm a resident of Southern California and recently used Candi for the purchase of an investment property in El Paso. She was terrific in every way and even worked around my crazy work schedule. Because distance buying is a challenge, I expected a difficult process but largely because of Candi, I obtained loan approval and closed escrow within 30 days. I was extremely pleased with the decision to use her services and will definitely use her again, if/when I buy in Texas again.
