Jay and his team, Jeanne and Jeff were all professional and gave excellent customer service. They were always available to address questions or concerns and help in any way they could. Jay even went out of his way to come to the law office on our closing day just to meet us in person and check to make sure that we were happy. Not many companies or people out there like this these days. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jay and New American. I would highly recommend them.
