I had decided to stop refinancing my mortgage due to so many irritating pressing mortgage people. No one listened to me. I have wonderful credit and a lot of equity in my home. All I wanted was a lowered interest rate and keep the same 12 year time frame. I gave up. Then Chance called me and said he could do what I want. Instead of trying to get me to borrow more extend the time. Or Do A second home equity loan. Most of all Chance got how to talk with me!!! He made the process easy.
