I appreciate the work it took to get this transaction done. My client expressed frustration with his experience. He said he had all of his paperwork submitted, but got an unfriendly call from your office. He did not feel he was treated well. I'm not sure if he'll send feedback. From my end, I felt informed as to where we were in the process.

Bryce was there every step of the way. He made the transaction very pleasant and easy. We had a few hiccups due to the seller and Bryce was on top of everything. I liked that he stayed with the entire transaction and didn't just let it get passed off to the underwriter and processor then disappear (that happens a lot of with loan officers). Great job!
