We were first time home buyers and Freddie Pohl explained what would happen in advance and always answered our phone calls and if he couldn't he always answered got back to us in a timely manner. Loved the open door policy he has. He was great to work with and I will recommend Freddie Pohl to anyone I know needing a home loan.

It takes a LOT of effort to make a mortgage happen with an above board, high-reputation organization like New American.
