Gerald was very professional, and he was understanding and listen to what I wanted, even thou I couldn't afford a bigger house due to my student loans, he still tried to get me a better deal. He did get me a loan for a starter home that I can fix to my liking, with low monthly payments and he was willing to explain every process of the loan. I believe Gerald is down to earth, easy to work with and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make a person feel safe, secure and comfortable with getting a loan which can be scary in itself. I highly recommend Gerald for all your loan needs.

Daniel and the new american funding team made buying a home as easy as it can be. They’re really good at helping us by answering all the questions we have. Especially for first time home buyers. After the house closed we had a ton of questions they are always good at giving us a call back. 10 out of 10 would recommend to all family and friends!
