Candi, went over and above what any other lender would have done. These first time buyers needed re assurance constantly. She would speak with them and meet with them, she would give them all the data that they constantly requested. This was a very difficult and drawn out process as there were title issues to be cleared on the sellers' side. We would not have closed if it hadn't been for Candi. She was always positive and most professional communicating with all parties. She is just a great.

Candi was incredible through this whole process. Our closing situation was nowhere near normal and candi was so incredibly warm and so helpful and reassuring and honest through this whole process. Our experience with those that communicated with us via email was exceptional. Very on time information, accurate and well documented for our understanding and record keeping. We had concerns with the person to person interaction but not Holly Dunn.

It was a pleasure to work with Tyler. He was knowledgeable and responsive and has great customer service skills. We had a lot of questions and he was always there to walk with us through the process - even after our loan closed! We had an issue come up after closing and Tyler was still there to make sure it was corrected to our satisfaction.

It was a pleasure dealing with Tyler during my refinancing process, he was prompt to answer any questions that we had and he made sure that the entire process was handled smooth.
