Joy was right on top of everything. She worked quickly to get us closed within 30 days! Her and her team was very helpful and educated. She texted and took my calls when I had questions. She answered all of our questions and explained things to us well and in a timely manner. She was wonderful to work with and also down to earth. Kim was so helpful and kind. It was clear from the very get go that she really knew her stuff, which made me incredibly comfortable as a first time home buyer. She went out of her way to explain things to me and accommodate my schedule. She also worked very hard to get me the best possible loan for my situation, even if it meant going above and beyond the norm. All of her coworkers were also kind and on top of it.
