Nisaa was available to answer questions whenever we needed. She made sure we closed at our desired date and was always kind and helpful. What made Nisaa really great was during our closing there was a mention of “husband and wife” she immediately made a call and had it adjusted to “a married couple”; we appreciated the change and it made us feel extremely special that she would make that change for us so swiftly.
