Chris helped us navigate a few challenges on our way to closing brilliantly. For example: the day before closing, my wife had a family emergency that took her out of town. Chris and his team worked with my realtor and the title company to secure power of attorney for me, and hustled triple-time to make sure the underwriters had the documents and were okay with this last minute change. With any other loan officer, I imagine we would have had to extend our closing date.
