I had been dealing with other mortgage brokers over a period of 6-8 months. Either the rates were not great, the closing costs were obnoxious, or the person didn't get back to me in a timely manner. Austin did it right. I explained what I needed to accomplish with the loan and he went and found it. He answered my many questions along the way (this was my first "on-line" application), and provided me with extra information and assurance whenever I needed it. He knows the market and financing options well and executes quickly. It is always a pleasure doing business with him.

Before I had bought my house I had never mer Austin. Austin was the best finance guy I have ever worked with, very knowledgeable, easy to get along with and knew his stuff. When I go to buy my next house or refinance my current house I will go through him and whatever company he is working for at the time.
