My fiancee and I were in over our heads as we had never purchased a home before, but Austin took the time to explain everything to us and was always available to talk when we needed. He did what he said he would, how he said he would, and was beyond patient. He was super knowledgable about all aspects of the process but courteous and personable. We weren't dissapointed in the least.

... Austin is up for it. We are complicated, for sure. One of us is self-employed, the other has income that is largely stock and we own several properties (enough that we fall outside standing lender criterions). Several banks flat out won't lend to us due to the number of properties we own, others won't consider our stock income... but Austin was very familiar with situations similar to ours and had no troubles putting together an attractive program for us. We closed on time, with a desirable rate and were communicated with appropriately throughout the process. He got all of the data he needed upfront so we were saved from a million back-and-forths (which we'd become accustomed to using previous loan officers) and really appreciated the time this saved us. All around we were very happy with the experience and expect we'll continue to do business with Austin. Thank you!
