Jared and his staff, Jean and Jeff, were amazing to work with. They always kept me up to date with exactly where we were in the process and answered all of my questions immediately. Jeff had to go above and beyond in working with my previous mortgage company to get the VOM and I appreciate that commitment to getting it done for me so very much! They were what every customer dreams they will get in customer service but hardly ever actually experience. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

Mr. Pohl: from the beginning of introduction through out the loan process was a Professional. Courteous, concerned with our needs and went way out of his way to help us understand the process. There are no words to express his kindness and he made us feel he was part of our family wanting to have the best New American Funding had to offer. He met every goal we set and exceeded each one. We we're in the new home in less time than anticipated approximate 45 days. He is number one (1). Kudos.

Kacie went above and beyond working many days after hours and in the evening to help me get qualified and financed. She was there to explain anything I had a question about, and not once did i ever reach out to her did i get a vm or someone telling me she’s not available. I had her direct number and could txt her anytime. It made everything really convenient.

Austin was an absolute professional from start to finish. When we first began looking for a home, we were researching 4 mortgage companies to determine which one would work best for our needs. I had met Austin through a mutual connection & asked for his quote. Not only was he quick to supply us with the information we requested, he explained it all in a very detailed & transparent manner. We was quick to respond to our many requests, making us extremely comfortable with the entire process. Once we found our home, he worked very hard to communicate with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transition without surprises or miscommunication.
