Heather was GREAT...she was very professional and so organized.. she had everything so prepared for our loan that when it went to the underwriters it was a breeze. We were so excited! Heather was terrific! She kept in constant contact throughout our entire loan process, from start to finish! She answered questions and, quite honestly, I haven't had a more pleasant interaction. She went above and beyond and answered questions both night and day. I work a varied schedule and my husband is self-employed so we had special circumstances that needed to be worked out along the way. Heather was always available when I needed her.
