This is my first home purchase. In the beginning of my journey I was using another lender. It was a terrible experience. They never communicated with me or the closing coordinator. I assume everything was good until my house was built but. It was a total mess. I decided to change the lender to New American Funding. All I can say is Magali Cadet is the best! My loan was closed on 30 days of her having my file. She communicated with my the entire step.

Beyond the outstanding professionalism that was displayed, Julie genuinely cared about my wife and I. She was also punctual and patient. We have been travelling through most of closing process, and Julie would send us kind words hoping we were safe as well as important processes ahead of time. She was very upfront about costs and market percentages and was dead on till the end. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks Julie!

Jon did everything and more to get us approved for a home loan, not to mention as quickly as possible when we were told by others it would be 6 months to a year. Jon made this happen within a month, he was super informative and was on top of everything at all times. Would highly recommend him.
