She is professional and with patient. Also, she is super efficient. I just graduated from school and got a job. My friend recommended Jenny to me whenever she knows I want to buy a home. When ever I have any question, Jenny response me immediately and gave me good advices based on my unique situation. She didn't just want to sell me anything I'm not ready for. The best thing is she can speak both English and Mandarin, which help me understand the whole process more easily.

She was always there for us day or night to answer any questions or to help us keep from getting stressed about getting the loan. she took the time to explain everything to us so we understood what was needed each step of the loan process. she even went above and beyond to find things that we needed for our loan that we had a hard time finding. she always made sure that she explained about what we needed to do with our credit cards and our debt so we could get the loan we needed to buy our first house. I can say this for a fact, if your not using her for your loan officer then your not getting the very best help and someone how is looking out for you and not the big money like other loan officers. she has our business for every home loan we will ever need or want forever. Thank you so very much for helping us make our dream come true of owning our first home. :-)

I had a very smooth transaction; closed the loan in a month, this even included me being overseas for 2 wks and we were able to do most of the document prep online. My load officer was very professional and followed thru on all her promise.
