Julie was on top of things, and accomdating through an unusually long process, several changes and kinks we threw in. It is so hard to find customer service specialists that are caring and concerned every time you need to contact them, not just when they are vying for your business. Once I started the process with Julie, even though I was advised to, I never looked at another mortgage broker. I knew we had the right firm and person for our loan.
