Yiling made what could have been a stressful period as easy as possible. She made herself available 24/7 and always responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had. From the very start, Yiling was clear, organized and full of answers to all of our questions. I knew exactly what information was needed in the early stages of the process and if I had any questions, Yiling was always reachable and responded in a timely manner. My husband and I were travelling in Asia when we purchased our house in Vancouver Washington last December. Jenny was able to process our loan with e-sign and emails. She was very patient and experienced to help us document some complicated international wire transfers. We closed the loan on time.

I did some research by myself before I contacted Yiling for a HELOC application. Yiling provided me with the contact that offers an even better deal. Although I didn't work with Yiling's bank, I am grateful for her advices. I appreciate her customer first attitude. Her knowledge about the different loan services around Portland metro area would help you find the best deal.
