I'm a resident of Southern California and recently used Candi for the purchase of an investment property in El Paso. She was terrific in every way and even worked around my crazy work schedule. Because distance buying is a challenge, I expected a difficult process but largely because of Candi, I obtained loan approval and closed escrow within 30 days. Anthony was extremely prompt at answering any emails I sent him, whether he was in the office or not. In certain circumstances the response was a phone call, making sure I understood what had to be done negotiating the unfamiliar territory of doing the refinance primarily by means of the internet. His manner was always reassuring and friendly, and there was never a hint of the heavy-handed salesman, so often to be encountered in this sort of transaction.
