Lisa and her team were absolutely, bar none, phenomenal. They always told us that home buying is supposed to be one of the most stressful times in life. But Lisa changed that dogma completely. She did such an unreal job from day one. There was never an instruction that was not clear. There was never an email or call that was not answered within the hour, regardless of time of day. No task that needed to be completed from our end could be considered "stressful". Best. Experience. Ever.

Riana was fabulous and was very diligent even with our time difference of 3 hours I feel the break down was with the underwriting and processors. They were not accommodating with the time difference and delayed the closing.
