Jay and his team are first rate. We were working with a very short time frame to close on our new home and had already started down the path with one of the big bank lenders. Jay was highly recommended to get the job down quickly. We could tell immediately after our first call. They delivered on their promise to get our loan completed in under 30 days.

I have done a lot of refinances over the years. None have been as quick or professionally completed as this one. From the first time I talked to Jay he was helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and professional in every respect. We did this refinance completely over the internet, so I had to count on Jay to answer my questions through emails, phone calls, and text messages. He always responded very quickly and completed any tasks as discussed without any issues. The best thing about Jay is he provides status of what's happening in what can be a confusing maze of paperwork during the refinance process. I was also impressed with the rapid completion of the whole process from the first phone call to the closing...a total of a little under three weeks (including two holidays).
