Jay Kerber, while going through with our refinance, showed honesty, truthfulness and dedication. That was the icing on the cake,though,because originally we were convinced to do business with him because his mortgage rate was better than others and his origination fee was very little. He made things simple for us. W would recommend him with no hesitation.

I found Jay on Zillow and contacted him about purchasing a home. He was prompt and attentive to all of my questions. He was a great asset in walking me through the process step by step. He was always only a phone call away. Even my Realtor commented on how well all the paperwork was handled. I would most definitely recommend Jays services if your looking for a lender.

I highly recommend using Jay as your lender. We recently refinanced our loan with him. We got a great rate and he was very prompt in getting back to us with anything we needed. I never got the feeling that we were being rushed to make decisions either which was very refreshing!

Jay made it happen for us - answers came back very fast, with accurate information, scheduling the appraisal and closing when it was convenient for us, great rate and low costs. Kind of makes you wish we didn't do these things over the internet these days - it would have been great to meet Jay! Would refer him to anyone.

Jay was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole loan process, and overall I was very satisfied with the service I received. My situation was probably a little unusual due to some complexities on my side, and Jay consistently helped work through the issues. I was surprised at the end to look back and see that we had exchanged over a 100 emails during the process. Responses to my questions and concerns were always fast and to the point - when I needed something that couldn't be easily closed via email, he was readily available via phone, or worst case returned calls promptly. Overall I was very pleased and felt that I had been treated in a very honest and direct fashion. I would recommend Jay without reservation.
