I can't begin to say enough good things about working with John. We are first time homebuyers and John took the time to educate us about getting a mortgage. I am a first time home-buyer. After getting quotations and talking to various bank loan agents I selected John Moran. It was a wise decision. He was extremely quick to repond to all my questions with forthright, clear answers, was patient with my ignorance due to my inexperience and guided me through the home buying process in a thorough and considerate way.
