John is just fantastic! I truly respect his work ethic. He was always available to answer questions and was transparent through out the entire process. Very thankful for his help as our sittuation was a bit more complicated and still made it work for us.

I found John online due to I was looking for a special program called FHA Back to Work Program. He knew what I was talking about , unlike the big banks who had NO clue! I even questioned him on the program due to other banks who said they knew about the program and could not answer any questions about it. John was very knowledgeable of current programs and researched all options for me. John always returned my calls and always had an answer to me questions and concerns. It ends up that I did not need to use the Back to Work Program due to FHA only requiring me to wait 3 years to purchase a house after a foreclosure. The staff was great that handled all the paper work and the loan process was painless. I would recommend you use this company over any big bank institution.Thank you John on a job well done!

John was always there to answer questions and to put my mind at ease. Home buying is stressful, but John was great at easing my stress levels.
