It was beyond great. Adam was with me on day one using phone, email, and text to see what I needed or to let me know what step was next. He answered every question I had and 20 more that I didn't even know to ask lol. I can not stress how thankful my wife and i are for all the help Adam gave us and the work he did. Acquiring our first (and hopefully last) house was made extremely easy via Deb Higgins and her team over at New American Funding. She was extremely pleasant and made every step of the process simple and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend to any of my family, friends, or coworkers. Communication was easy and relatively prompt. Riana was very knowledgable and got me the answers I needed. Underwriting was a bit of a pain but Riana did everything she could to make the process efficient. She was great at answering questions for me that came up during the process
