Very knowledgeable last an officer. I was very pleased she is bilingual because my first time buyers were able to communicate with out any problems at all with mrs Ramirez. All their questions as a first time buyers were answered and she took care of them since the beginning of the process until they close on their property. Kind and smart lady.
