She was very proactive and explained all the steps and details through the entire process. She was very patient with us as it took us almost a year to find/purchase a home. We went through several renditions of trying to find a house and trying to build. I dont know what her commission was, but it couldnt have been enough to cover the amount of work she did for us!

Everything was GREAT!!! Gerry kept us completely informed during the process, and there were no surprises from Gerry other than pleasant ones... Gerry was very easy to talk to and did NOT bother us with technical terms... A plain, easy to understand language type of guy!!!
