I can't say enough good things about how Christopher Paliska at New American Funding handled the entire loan process for me, from beginning to end. I was always kept informed and updated throughout the process. He was quick to respond to any question or concern I had. Chris and Becky are a great team. They were able to help me find a loan that fit my budget and style. They worked seamlessly to hit my tight time frame. I truly could not have purchased my first home without Chris! He is the type of loan officer you want to run a team. He called agents to help argue points in my best interest, worked at all hours of the day and sometimes at night. Fortunately locking me in a rate that I couldn't even dream of. He really goes above and beyond as well his team at New America Funding company. Thanks Chris !

This was my first home purchase using a VA loan after an year of active duty service. I have heard many horror stores regarding first time home purchases but it was the exact opposite of my experience. Both Chris and Becky were incredibly professional and approachable. They ensured that I was in the loop and made sure that I knew exactly what as going on in each step. They made my first home purchase extra special and I feel very blessed to have worked with them. I absolutely recommend Chris and Becky for anybody looking into buying a house.

We refinanced two properties at the same time, one commercial and one residential. Both refinances could not have gone any smoother! Chris and Becky were extremely professional and always prompt at answering any and all questions we had. We were walked through every step of the process and could not have been any more pleased with the service we received.
