Since meeting Chris Paliska a few years ago, I've trusted no other Account Manager with my mortgage transactions. He and his team of "Incredibles" came through once again this November 2017 and refinanced my rental property in record time. This is the 2nd time Chris and his team have assisted me on this property and not to mention, it was Chris who assisted me with the purchase of my primary home in September 2016. The customer service is "Wow...!" Rather it be morning, afternoon, night or a Holiday, TeamPaliska welcomed my calls or offered to call me whenever I was available. When it came to signing loan documents in a rush, TeamPaliska didn't hesitate to send a representative to my job to sign me up on the spot, allowing for loan funding the very next day. My plans for the "not too distant future" is to acquire another rental property, and you can best believe I'll be contacting Christopher Paliska and team to assist me through the process. This team was awesome! As first-time homebuyers, the home buying process can be confusing and stressful, but Becky was helpful, friendly, and always available whenever we had questions--even evenings and weekends. Chris and his team did an excellent job helping my fiance and I fund our first home.
