We closed on our first home Friday. Jeremy was always available if I had any questions and walked me through the process; we never had any surprises. Everyone at The Private Mortgage Group is very knowledgeable. When we were trying to decide between a couple of properties on a Friday evening before Easter, Jeremy was able to get me estimates within 10 minutes of me calling. Jeremy Wilhelm and his staff have made this one of the easiest things we have ever done. I have recommended him to everyone I know that is looking for or might need a mortgage soon.

Chelsey is a very professional, honest and understanding person. She even came to my work to pick up the necessary paper works so I won't have to take time off from work. She explained the loan process every steps of the way because open communication is upmost important to us. She got us a pre-approval letter from the lender. She shoped around for us for a lender with a great rate. Chelsey worked hard to helped us aquired the right mortgage. Good job Chelsey! Keep up the great work!

As a first time home buyer, there was a lot about the home buying process that I was unsure of. Jeremy went above and beyond to answer my questions and was always available for any questions that came up, no matter the time. Jeremy is very personable and always makes sure you are comfortable with everything about your loan

This is the second time in three years I have used Jeremy's services. Just as I remembered, he was quick to respond to my needs, questions, and offered valuable advice. There were issues with my credit score and I was having difficulty qualifying for the amount and type of loan I desired. Jeremy advised me how to respond and get the problems fixed. Within 3 weeks I was back on track and closed on a wonderful home for myself and family. The interest rate was really low and the terms better than expected. I even came in needing $3000 less for closing than expected. Jeremy is simply the best in the business. I'll never use anyone else.
