We have bought numerous properties in our time and this was by far the least painful of them all. Jeremy is very easy to work with. He’s quick to respond and keeps you posted thru the whole process. He laughed at my husbands jokes and took the time to visit with us. He helped me with some questions I had on autosigning. Very patient. There’s no one else we’d ever use.

Jeremy was wonderful! I am a young, first-time home buyer and Jeremy made the entire process much clearer and transparent. Without judgement, Jeremy explained the process of buying a home and broke down the numbers in a digestible way. He was also super responsive to my concerns and gave me conservative estimates on down payment and closing costs so I wouldn't be surprised come closing day. Beyond all of this, Jeremy is just a great person. He genuinely is trying to help you and is honest about his assessment of your ability to get a loan. GO TO MY GUY JEREMY!

As a first time homebuyer purchasing from a "for sale by owner" seller you can imagine there were various mountains to climb in order to close. I can honestly say that Jeremy made this process so much easier than I would have ever imagined. I was constantly bugging him with questions and he was always happy to respond and helped me out so much. We were able to close on the house in almost a month after we put our offer down which blew me away. Jeremy is also just a great guy that you enjoy talking to whether it is business related or not. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else!
