We’ve worked with Jeremy in buying houses twice, and in each purchase Jeremy not only made sure we were overly prepared, but also made sure we got the best deal. In our first purchase, the title company tried to stall our closing for a rediculus reason that had nothing to do with us and refused to let us leave (yes, this really happened). Jeremy raced down completely laid into the company, getting the job done- we were impressed. Then he made magic happen. In our most recent purchase, there was a massive mistake made by a 3rd party that almost lost us the house. Although the situation had nothing to do with Jeremy, he stepped up and fixed someone else’s mistake to get us our house. This guy worked nights, weekends, and completely went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. DO NOT make the mistake of going with a different lender, and call Jeremy ASAP! You won’t regret it!

I highly recommend Michael. He made my experience very pleasant and was very attentive to all my needs. I stress very easily but every time I called he explained everything in detail and guided me throughout the whole process. I have heard horror stories from many friends, however if you really want to buy a house and want honest, no surprises and/or a horrific ending contact Michael!!
