Three months ago the prospect of me buying a house looked grim. Some old bad debt and a below average credit score was preventing any possibility of home ownership. My brother recommended Mike, said he was motivated and resourceful. I talked to Mike and he set a plan of action. Three months later my credit score is around 700 and I close on a new house in a few days. He was great to work with, and always available. I highly recommend him.

Mike Petrovich (Private Mortgage Group) was awesome to work with, he kept us informed, got us the best deal he could on interest rate, and was very personable. I would HIGHLY recommend him as a mortgage planner!!

Mike was fast at everything he did. He was thorough and to the point. We even closed earlier than expected. He's a fast talker but he'll get things done and do them right. We'd HIGHLY recommend him.

Mike took care of everything for me! As long as I provided the documents and signed all of the paperwork when requested, he was able to keep things moving along nicely. I was able to get preapproved, approved, and close on a property in less than 30 days. He kept on top of everything, answered all of my questions promptly, and worked directly with my realtor to take me out as the middle man. I didn't think it would be this easy. Thanks, Mike!

We tried working with a different lender first, and they weren’t able to get us the type of loan we wanted/needed. Greg was able to do it with no problems!
