EXTREMELY responsive & available. I would have loved to actually meet Michael, however, my schedule was not very permitting. Overall he did a fantastic job and I appreciated everything he did!

Michael is always very helpful and responsive. He answers work emails and texts all weekend and after business hours during the week. He is very knowledgeable and tries his best to go above and beyond for each client.

This was was my first home purchase. Michael made it extremely easy for me. He was able to walk me through the entire process and answer all of my question no matter what. Even in a changing system, he was able to be very knowledgeable which means he has great initiative. I would recommend Michael to anyone. Great experience for myself.

Michael is very quick to respond to e-mails and texts. He kept us updated through the whole process and answered any questions we had. He made sure we were well informed, and made getting our loan as easy as possible. I highly recommend Michael Petrovich for any of your mortgage needs.

We were first time home buyers when we worked with Michael, and knew nothing about the process. Before starting the process, we went to three other places in addition to Michael at the Private Mortgage Group. It was clear from the beginning that Michael was invested in his clients as opposed to the other big banks. He took the time to explain the technical jargon involved in loans and home buying, which was a huge help to us. After choosing to go with him, we were not disappointed in the least. He answered every question we had (which were a lot!) with incredible responsiveness. In every way Michael helped us through the process and without a doubt had our best interest in mind.

Outstanding service once again. This is my second time using Michael Petrovich for a home loan. Mike and his knowledgable team provided all the info I needed for the 2nd VA Loan provision which isn't well known. Mike also helped educate me on investment property financing and the different options and requirements. Would highly recommend Michael Petrovich and plan to use him again.
