Mike pretty much did everything electronically. That might be scary for some, but it was perfect for us as we work different shifts. We both could sign things without taking time off and he allowed us to submit scans of our essential documents needed to verify our statuses. He does a great job keeping you in the loop, sending out video messages at each milestone explaining what each one means and what is to come! For us it was pretty stress free because it didn't feel like we were jumping through hoops. It felt like a simple transaction and not a major life decision.

Mike made the mortgage process simple and stress free. He was very professional and quick to respond to questions. I bought a condo in downtown Omaha and was told the process could be a little tricky, but Mike steered me through it without any issues. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage in Omaha!

Mike made the normal agonizing loan process quick and seamless. His response time to all my texts and e-mails was within minutes. On Easter I requested a mortgage information through Zillow and Mike called me on Easter and had me pre-approved the next day. Great loan experience!

Michael was very quick to respond to any questions in email or phone message form. There were specific issues in home inspections when buying my home, which delayed the process, but Michael was still able to push the loan along and acquire the original closing date. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan.

Michael made our first home buying experience much less stressful than we anticipated. He was very quick to answer any questions we had. He also did frequent updates to clearly indicate what we did and did not need to turn in, in order to process things quickly and efficiently. We definitely felt like we were a priority to him, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Michael was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very informative and extremely thorough when it came to all the necessary steps we needed to follow to close on our house. He also helped us to expedite the process so that we were able to close earlier than planned.
