Michael was amazing through the whole process. We are first time homebuyers with a lot of questions, and Michael answered and explained everything so we felt comfortable with every little detail. Very knowledgeable and very timely with responses, too!

Working with Michael was easy! I truly appreciated how accessible he was and how he took time to answer and explain the whole process to us. He went above and beyond helping us save some money through the process of buying our new house and selling our current one. People who look out for your interests are hard to find in today's society so we were fortunate to have Michael working for us.

Michael was constantly in touch via email, text or phone, which allowed me to promptly respond. Anytime he needed paperwork or had questions, I was able to respond in a timely manner. If i had questions we would also respond in a timely manner. He would send updates to me as well, letting me know what step of the process we were at and when that step was completed and then the next step. I don't recall my previous lender giving me those types of updates, so I really appreciated the updates. Between my realtor (who works regularly with Michael) and Michael thought that the 5 week deadline might be tight, given my type of loan (FHA) , but Michael got everything completed in less than 4 weeks.
