Questions were answered even when my questions were not related with the loan the only thing I had problem with was that I asked my daughter to be in the deed and that didn't happened and now we're going to have to pay pay to do it when it was free if it would have been done from the beginning. And I felt that someone from your firm should have been there to explain the numbers since that lady that did the closing was not able to explain
