This was my first buying-of-a-house experience, using my GI Bill for a VA home loan, and Shane Gilmore took me through the process step by step and instructed me & guided me smoothly through all the paperwork and necessary documents. He and his office crew kept me posted on everything I needed to do - getting the escrow company, the home insurance, all the inspections, appraisals, etc. And with everything completed I even closed escrow earlier than projected, all done informally & familiarly.
