Bryan was friendly, very aware of a lot of laws. There were many times we needed to touch base with the IRS and the CA Franchise Tax Board, Bryan was able to navigate through their web sites and made a number of phone calls. He understood what my tax responsibly was and was able to accommodate both state and IRS requirements. There were a of hurdles and Bryan was always encouraging me to stay focus. Bryan keep reminding me, next step and before you know it, I was able to purchase a house.
