Darren and his team were fast, efficient, and supportive throughout the entire loan process. As first time home buyers, my Husband and I often found ourselves confused or overwhelmed. Raulyer is the best. He was there for me. Step by step he walked me through. As a new buyer I had a lot of questions. He answers each of them. I will recommend him to anyone. Another good thing of him is that he is fully bilingual.

It was great working with Teresa and her team. Being a first time investor from out of state, Teresa and her team were in constant communication explaining the steps and progress of our loan application. She had all the right tools and secure portals to attain documents and signatures. The process and response times were really quick and efficient. Not once did she require us to come into her office to hand deliver or sign documents. We were in town one SATURDAY and she made time to meet us!
