We needed help on our existing condo loan and weren't even sure what it was we needed. I met Mr. Carl, who I was not even a client of. I had no idea that the company he worked for had all these great awards, like #15 of best companies to work for, gold employer of the year on another, and several others. Once I discovered he was a loan consultant and was willing to actually listen to me, I talked, he listened to what we had, explained what was going on and gave us every option so we could understand it and make our own decision. I asked if he would be willing to work with us, he was, and he over delivered in every area. He set things out clearly, got back to me nearly immediately with any questions I had, and now I can say I am happily refinanced, everything is flowing perfectly and I am a million times better off Oh yes, and saved a lot of money as well. This is a very honest man, which is even more important to me than all the kudos his team gets every year.
