Jay and Shannon were a great team to work with! They made the loan process so fast, reliable, and efficient that it flew by me without a hitch! Every time I reached out with a question, or became lost in the emails, they quickly helped. NAF's loan servicing is easy to understand for a beginner and I am happy I chose them. They were always one step ahead of me and I never had to worry. As a lost and confused single person, the whole process was made much easier with both Jay and Shannon!

From the time I called Jay Feb 27, he made the entire process seamless and kept me informed all along the way. I loved the fact Jay would send video's with home made Hi Jason signs and keeping me informed of the next step in the process. His team member Bryce helped me as well and called me when I needed some attention to how to sign/send paperwork. This was my 4th time using New American Funding since 2013 as I've purchased 2 homes and completed 2 Refi's with NAF. Awesome experience!

Jay is the most professional, reliable, and pleasant loan consultant we've ever worked with. In the past, we had an experience with other consultants who were unresponsive, taking days to get back to us. In addition, the consultants would consistently overpromise and wouldn't be able to close their deals. Jay, however, was always available whenever we had questions or concerns, whether through phone, text, or email. He was as professional and honest as they come.
