Jay and his team, once again, knocked it out of the park. Extremely professional, excellent communication, and expedited delivery of my financing needs. Jay found a way to refinance my loan, saving me $200 a month thus allowing me to pay off my 30 year loan 5 years sooner! Always a pleasure doing business with Jay!

This was the second time I worked with Jay. I refinanced the original loan. He always got right back to me whenever I had a question and reached out to let me know where my loan was in the process along the way. He always texted me if I called if I had to leave a voicemail to see how he could immediately help me since he was on another calll. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

The service Jay Rodriguez provided was utterly impeccable to say the least. We were very anxious just with the thought of buying a home for the first time. Jay provided the knowledge and understanding needed to stay calm throughout the process. We never felt bombarded with requests. His response time to our communication was always within minutes of reaching out to him. We closed so quickly!!! What we felt should’ve been a stressful experience was actually enjoyable and pleasant. Loved it!
