My husband and myself had applied for a different loan when our realtor told us to talk to Patrick first. He was able to get everything together in order to ensure our loan was approved. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were always informed and if we had any questions that they were answered. No one else will answer your call or call you back past closing hours which is usually 5 pm. There were times when I would call him at 9 pm and he would be very friendly and answer my questions and make sure we understood everything. We definitely lucked out with Patrick!
