Patrick went out of his way on several occasions to ensure that we got the best mortgage deal possible on our house in Carson City, NV. At first, we thought that since we were over 2000 miles away, we would encounter additional problems when arranging finance. Happily, Patrick made it all very easy. And in retrospect, I know for a fact that his extra effort on our behalf saved us several thousand dollars at closing. We cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and his human kindness.

I couldn't be happier with the service Patrick Winchell provided my wife and I. I had some previous credit issues due to a divorce several years before, I went and saw Patrick and he took the time to go through everything with me even though at that time there was no way for me to get a home loan. It took a little less than a year for me to get things straightened out, however Patrick was on board the whole time to answer questions and guide me. Needless to say he worked 3 times as hard for my loan as a whole than I'm sure a normal loan would take. I was so impressed with him that even though the builder had a preferred lender and offered me incentives I still did my loan with Patrick and was willing to give up all builder incentives. Patrick was great! Nothing negative to say. As a first time home buyer, he helped guide me through the process. He answered emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He also worked well with my real estate agent.
