I had special circumstances on income, being retired, but not being retired while I start a new company, etc etc. Anyway, Patrick looked at my total net worth and advised a way to get around the problems that an underwriter would have and now I am closed on the house that we wanted. He was very willing to help me through this maze of financing a new house and as the circumstances changed, he was right there to make it work. He kept his word. Very important. He kept his word.
