Jessica made my first home buying experience great, very easy to do, and most of all made sure I understood the process in buying a home. In addition, the paperwork that came with it. Highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home! Replies quickly and very helpful with any questions you might have.

Jon always answered all my questions promptly, would call or email whenever something changed or would affect me, so I could be confident that I knew what the status of my loan was. As a first time buyer I didn't know much, Jon was willing to help with things whenever I needed it. He also worked hard to help me understand what I could do to have the best credit score to get the best rate as well, which gave me the best rate of the 4 lenders I was shopping with. Even Jon's assistant was great.
