Danielle Dintino did an excellent job walking me through my first loan process. She is very quick to respond via email and phone. She was patient and answered the many questions I had, as it was my first experience. I felt that I could trust her with giving me her honest professional opinion. When I first started reaching out to lenders to buy my second single family home in Florida (first in phoenix) I got a few quotes from a couple different comanies and neither broker seemed to be honest with explaining the process to me. I felt extremely vulnerable and stressed about the situation because it seemed like I was paying was too much at closing but no one would explain to me what each exact item is for. I reached out to Danielle Dintino per the request of my mom who had done her refinancing with her and she'd also just closed up my sisters first purchase. Long story short Danielle was very honest and took the time to explain everything to me for hours and endless back and fourth emailing and I ultimately ended up switching lenders and finished my closing with her!
