My wife and I recently had the great fortune of purchasing our first home. We set up various appointments with different lenders and there was always one thing or another that didn't quite convince us of utilizing their services. It was a real pleasure having Daniel Estrada's Team handling our home loan. Everyone from the Receptionist, who offered us a nice ice cold water that hit the spot on a hot summer day, every time we went to their office, to Daniel himself, where very professional and was able to answer all are questions rather it be by phone, email or even a text. The Estrada Team was always available. We also liked the information we received from his team titled "What to do and not do" during the loan process This information was very helpful in making the loan process a smooth one. The updates we Automatically received kept us informed on where we were in the loan process. This is the 3rd home we have purchased and this by far has been the Best loan process we've experienced.
